COMING UP ... Labor Day Weekend!
We've closed out the week was a variety of great shopping venues. E-Mails have gone out. Now all we have to do is sit back and .... WAIT, there's no time to rest. Fred and I will be out on Friday previewing for next week. As we drive around we plan on taking time to drop in and scoop up some of the goodies we liked along with all of you.

At Antique Land Plano!
It’s time to say FAREWELL to SUMMER and
WELCOME to FALL FESTIVITIES beginning soon after
the lights dim at Antique Land Plano Monday Night!
Before we head into a busy fall season, it’s time to enjoy
the last summer HOORAY with hotdogs (plenty of
mustard, please) ... fruit cobblers ... and fantastic dealer
discounts on fine antiques and unique, one-of-a-kind
collectibles. The Big Indoor Tent Sale starts Saturday
morning and continues through Labor Day. Dealers will
be onsite to assist shoppers as they browse the store
looking for something special for their home, a gift for a
friend or family member, or even a vintage piece of
jewelry or designer dress for your high school football
homecoming.
Labor Day weekend marks the end of triple digit temps and lures us with the promise of cool fall evenings. And if you’re like me ... shopping becomes a lot more fun once the weather changes! So why not take an opportunity to splurge a little. There’s no better time than this weekend ... and Antique Land Plano is the perfect place to start. Just be careful you don’t get mustard on your clothes!

North Dallas Antique Mall ... Labor Day Blow Out Sale!
As usual, new management equals business change. But before you think uh-oh! Change at NDAM has been a resounding success with new dealers coming onboard to join an already great group of collectors/dealers. Does that mean Roger & Abby can sit back and relax? Not in this lifetime! Instead, they’ve put their brains together to come up with more ways to promote The Mall. And one of the best new ideas is ... North Dallas Antique Mall is available to handle estate sales. When putting together sales, it’s not uncommon for a seller to run across items requiring in depth expertise ... especially in the areas of art, vintage clothing & jewelry, and antique furniture. That’s when an "expert" is called in. North Dallas Antique Mall has those "experts" on hand (as in dealers)!
Besides their estate sale service NDAM is just a great place to shop. We loved the diversity of antique and vintage items ... and the affordability of both. It’s important to note ... not all antique malls are the same. Each mall targets different collectors in different price ranges. We just happened to find several treasures that were kind to our pocketbook ... a mid-century couch, several pieces of framed art, and collectibles that for me were irresistible (like a vintage Santa).
So if you haven’t made a shopping pilgrimage to the North Dallas Antique Mall ... Labor Day Weekend is a perfect time. Dealers are offering "End of Summer" prices and after that ... can Christmas be too far away? READ MORE
