Attics to Basements ... in Greenway Parks starting Thursday.

Last weekend was the perfect estate sale for the guys ... this weekend Mark’s sale is focused on the ladies and everyone who loves mid-century. The home itself is mid-century having been built by Cliff May, a recognized architect from the 30's thru the 50's. His designs have unique Californian qualities ... casual indoor/outdoor style with a low-slung profile. So in addition to a great house ... the contents are pretty wonderful too!

The Star of the Sale has to be a pair of mid-century swivel chairs in a nubby weave fabric ... bright orange colored. Right behind those great pieces you’ll find a leather covered round hassock with seating that fits snugly underneath. Our prediction ... all of it will be heading out the door 1^st day.

But don’t worry if you miss those items, you’ll find all kinds of really good art work ... prints, watercolors, and oils ... cases full of costume jewelry ... and vintage clothing that will evoke a smile if you happen to be from that "age." The kitchen and dining area are covered in china and silverplate ... stems of every size for every drink you can imagine along with cookware and serving pieces.
