     Auction Block ... in Lancaster Thursday evening.  Welcome to the new owners of the Auction Block ... Donna Strickland & Craig & Angie Meier. This awesome team is dedicating their initial sale as a "Customer Appreciation Auction" with a Buyer’s Premium of 10%. Food will be served to get everyone relaxed and ready for an evening of beautiful antiques and collectibles from England.      CoCollectibles Estate Liquidation Specialists ... in Grapevine starting Saturday.  Collectors will be especially eager to make it to Grapevine this weekend to shop with John and Scott, owners of CoCollectables. Guys ... you’ll find a large selection of die cast cars ... a Bachmann train set ... and stamp collections. Ladies, you’ve got the usual household items ... plus some fun things like art deco figurines and glass.  READ MORE 

     Carrollton Estate Sale ... starting Friday.

     Estate-2-Locate ... in Fort Worth starting Thursday.  When we met with Vicki & Lorne on Monday ... they had just gotten into the house a few days earlier. And even though treasures were yet to be staged ... we could tell this was going to be a blast from the 50's with loads of fun stuff. Fred spied the old peddle car that he stated was a race car. Why a race car vs a family car? No fenders! For me it was all about the cartoon characters from the past like Huckleberry Hound and Yogi Bear. For others it might be the yellow pattern glass! But what we’re sure of is EVERYONE who grew up in the 50's is going to love this sale. A little FYI ... the home had a basement and it hadn’t even been touched when we were there.  READ MORE 

     Lorenda's Professional Estate Sales ... in Rockwall starting Friday.  If you missed Lorenda’s sale earlier this month ... when she and her staff had combined the contents of multiple storage units, you have another opportunity this week. More storage units have been added ... and the mix of plunder is equally diverse. You’ll find everything from home furnishings ... to holiday décor (trees, ornaments, wrapping paper, etc.) ... to kitchenware (make that multiple kitchens) ... to toys & clothing. We really should call this Lorenda’s Digger Sale ... because that’s what you’ll have to do to find the true gems. Last time we didn’t have pictures ... this time ... take a look.  READ MORE
