July Week 4!
Ennis Auction House & Larry Schaefer Auctions will combine their efforts in an estate sale auction in Ennis, TEXAS on Saturday. An Estate Auction that has everything you could every want in a home or its furnishings! This gorgeous old 2-story Victorian home is chock full of antiques, fine and casual dinnerware (from Spode to Lenox), sterling silver, glass and crystal, Longaberger baskets, and decoratives. Walk into the kitchen for more "must haves" that include a set of Le Creuset cookware and every kitchen gadget required in the preparation of a sumptuous summer picnic for two on the wrap-around porch (including homemade peach ice cream). It’s all being sold this Saturday beginning at 10 a.m.
Originally the house was scheduled to be auctioned at noon, but instead, the real estate agent will be introduced to all in attendance and tours will be conducted later in the day. But for the moment ... it’s all about the home’s contents. The auction will be held on the front lawn with Alan and Larry conducting the sale. Tables loaded down with treasures will line the porch. For the comfort of those attending, tents will be set in place around the yard and the driveway and refreshments will be available to help us "beat the heat." READ MORE
