There’s always plenty of activity going on at antiques moderne. John Bacile and his daughter were there this past week to greet us and give us a peek of new, just-arrived items. Some were destined to make their way to the workshop where they’ll receive a make-over ... while others were ready for "prime time" requiring no work at all.

We even spied a mid-century chair in the workroom that belonged to us. We brought it in for new cushions and a one-time Botox injection to give it a fresh look. It promises to be a wonderful new addition to our mid-century reading room.
