ADVERTISING GUIDELINES ...
     1.  Anyone having an estate sale ... NO GARAGE SALES; NO DEALERS who rent a house and bring in merchandise.
     2.  E-mails are sent out on Wednesday (for Thursday starts) and Thursday (for Friday/Saturday starts). 
     2.  Payment must be received PRIOR to posting a sale.  We accept Paypal and checks made payable to Terry Lee.
